Sugar Cookies

1 cup sugar

½ cup butter

1 egg

½ cup milk

1tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups flour

Cream sugar & butter. Add egg. Beat well before stirring in the rest. Add flour as needed. The dough should be pretty soft. Use lots of flour to roll out. Careful to not make them to thin. Use your cookie cutters and bake at 350F until they're done. (When the bottom starts getting a color) around 9 minutes.

Icing

Mix 2 cups icing sugar with water & half and half and a drop of vanilla.

Note
