Brownie cheese cake

Brownies


2 cups sugar

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup butter

4 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla

Dry Ingredients

1 cup flour

1/2 cup cocoa

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt


Cream sugar, butter and oil. Add eggs one at a time, beating very well. Lastly add in vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together then add to the creamed butter and sugar. Beating well. Spread in a parchment lined 18x12 half sheet pan. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. Cool off before spreading on the Cream Cheese Topping.


Cream Cheese Topping


1 recipe of Brownies, baked

1 cup Chery Pie Filling

8 oz. cream cheese

1 envelope dream whip

3/4 cup whipping cream

¾ cup icing sugar

1 tsp. vanilla


Beat room temperature cream cheese until smooth. Whip dream whip according to package directions, then add whipping cream. Whip until stiff peaks form. Mix the whipped cream with cream cheese then add sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread on the Brownies, once the cake has cooled. Dot with Cherry Pie Filling or Strawberries. Chill overnight or wait 24 hours to set before serving.
